Robert Moreno secures PFC Sochi’s promotion to the RPL
Spanish coach Robert Moreno has completed a historic season in charge of PFC Sochi, securing promotion to the Russian Premier League after a dramatic playoff tie against Nizhny Novgorod.
The 4–3 aggregate score crowned more than a year of rebuilding work, in which Moreno transformed a team in crisis into a competitive side capable of fighting for promotion.
